This information was presented today by the North Central Florida Planning Council regarding changes to the land development regulations and comp plan to address the desire to prohibit Class I landfills in Suwannee County. The County will also consider at its next meeting extending the moratorium through Dec 31st 2012 in order to complete the paperwork. The county will take public comments on these proposed changes during an upcoming commission meeting.
